Brad Temm is an experienced business and HR leader with more than 25 years guiding teams, developing leaders, and strengthening company performance. He combines deep practical experience with advanced academic training, holding a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in business management.
Brad’s background includes 10 years in senior leadership roles where he coached executives, redesigned people systems, and helped organizations navigate growth, change, and operational complexity. His expertise spans leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and evidence-based decision-making, grounded in the science of how people and organizations thrive.
Known for his calm clarity, analytical thinking, and practical approach, Brad brings research-backed methods to real-world challenges. His work centers on helping leaders get better, aligning teams, and building organizations that run smarter and perform stronger.
